We would like to apologise for the inconveniences the cancellation / delay of your flight may have caused you. In these cases our assistance plan offers all customers the possibility of choosing one of the following options: - free change of flight date within the next 15 days. - refund of affected flight (if the customer decides to not fly). According the Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004, the operating air carrier shall not be obliged to pay compensation if the cancellation is caused by extraordinary circumstances. We would appreciate your understanding that these reasons beyond our control affect our flight plans and have a negative impact on our operations such as (adverse weather conditions / strike).
