Dear Sir or Madam! I had a flight from Barcelona to Moscow 6.10.2012 VY 7502 and I had delay more then 2,5 hours. We have to change plane, go through costumes again and no one from air-company spoke with us on English or Russian and after they show us the way up to the Terminal they just disappeared. So we set there in a Terminal D without any information and even water. Then was shown a new gate way but we have to wait 30 or 40 minutes in a line because on the board we saw our flight number and name of the city but there were no employer from the air company for more then 30 min. Then on board we had a lady and a yang man stuard who it seems did not learn a service subject at all. I asked about glass of water and they did a lot of not effective movements before after 5 minutes of strange waiting I've got my glass of water. They both behave very much unprofessional and carried only about man on a first row who paid 70 euro extra. But we paid for my ticket around 350 euro and I think it's extremely high price for such a bad treatment and service! I had a first time flight with your company. Usually I fly with respectful companies like KLM, AirFrance and even in Airflot I usually have quick and nice service on board. I was very much disappointed and I know that with the international rules you should give me back my money. I hope you will learn from this case, because it's very very bad for your business and reputation if you will keep on doing this bad job and if you won't work on your service. I see that your company put money in the centre but it's not effective in the modern world. You should be very professional and provide high service to people. 30.08.2012 during the flight, number 7767 (time 05:30) from Moscow, Russia (Domodedovo) to Barcelona, Spain, I left my smartphone HTC Desire HD MEI tel. 356812042699825 in the pocket of a seat in front of me (my seat number is 15A, 15B). I found out it only when Id already left the board. Immediately, I informed about the fact the crew, asking them to look for my smartphone. But the crew refused to do it and told me, that I have to address to the information desk of VUELING AIRLINES S.A. company. A specialist of the information desk made a phonecall to the board of the plane with this question and after the call told me, that she was informed that nothing was found on the board. Taking into the consideration the mentioned above facts, I can make a conclusion, that the representatives of the company, making the plane after the flight, could withhold the information about my smartphone. After that I called twice to the Almacen central objetos perdidos Iberia/Vueling, but the result was the same: the smartphone was not found. Choosing my flight with Vueling I was going to get a high quality and safety flight, wisdom of actions and honesty of the Vueling team, but to my regret, Ive got an opposite experience.
