Our Passenger Compensation and Service Plan for delays of more than 5 hours or cancellations includes the possibility for the passenger to request a free date change to fly within the next 15 from the affected flight. - free change of date to fly within the next 15 days. - refund of affected flight (when the passenger decides to not fly). On the other hand, as the delay/cancellation is the result of extraordinary circumstances outside the airline´s control, we regret informing you that there is no entitlement to any financial compensation, in line with Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.
