Zero comfort airline (lowcost in flagcarrier-costume), but by better than bottom-airlines like BravoAir,Yanair etc.-much worse than AirAstana, Turkish etc. Maybe comparable with LOT,
Everytime when you are eligable for compensations, they tried to fake me and filed even wrong confirmations (PS613,bad weather, force majeur...hahaha) - all the time necessary to secure evidences by airport and in KBP to come even with police and to force them to fill their obligations by court and State Aviation Authority ( f.e.Kyiv-Barcelona was overbooked - agent at gate simply destroyed my boardingpass and told "you checked out by yourself" and ran away).
At monopoly-connections they are charging monopoly-prices...
From question of comfort - ZERO entertainment on board, On board-food for sale often not in full scale available, seats at new 737 will bring you soon to a physiotherapist-not possible to use the rear rows after 17/18 if you are 185cms tall or taller.
Most nerving - they use all the time the most cheap airport-positions and by this - long bustrips...
Only plus - offering connections, which other do not offer and if price for ticket is half of the concurrence and the flight time less than 2 hours...I use them.
