, . : Good afternoon. My name is Ivan Ivanov. I am writing to you about the purchased tickets in the direction Moscow-Tivat-Moscow for the dates 28/08/2020-09/09/2020. Reservation number is XXXXXX. According to the information board at the Domodedovo airport, there are no scheduled flights to Tivat on August 28. Could you tell me if this flight takes place or not. In this case, we can offer you to use this ticket for some other date, without penalty. You have to save ticket numbers and when you decide to use it, you have to contact us again. Or, to get a voucher in the full amount of the paid ticket. These vouchers are now valid one year from the issuance date of the original tickets and can be exchanged for any Montenegro Airlines operated flights until 31st Aug 2021 .
