Dear Mr. Katrichenko, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with your Germanwings flight in December last year. The cancellation on of your origin flight was caused by the bad weather situation in Moskow this day which made a landing impossible for our aircrafts. Please understand that we were influenced by impacts, which take an airline out of its liability. We have offered rebooking free of charge for the next available flight. We regret that a compensation payment is not possible for the cancelled flight, because we were influenced by impacts, which take an airline out of its liability as we already mentioned. As a matter of fact we will pay additional incurred costs for phone calls and food after checking. Hence we would like to offer you to send us respective bills for proving. We again regret the inconveniences and hope that you will choose Germanwings again in defiance of the negative experiences.
