Passengers who have transited or have been in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or in the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit. -This does not apply to: - nationals and permanent residents of the USA; - spouses of nationals and of permanent residents of the USA. They must have a marriage certificate; - parents/legal guardians of an unmarried and younger than 21 years national or permanent resident of the USA; - the unmarried and younger than 21 years brother or sister of a national or permanent resident of the USA, who is unmarried and younger than 21 years; - the child/foster child/ward of a national or permanent resident of the USA; - passengers with the following visas: A-1, A-2, C-1, C-1/D, C-2, C-3, CR-1, CR-2, D, E-1 (as an employee of TECRO or TECO or the employee's immediate family members), G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, IR-1, IR-4, IH-4, IV, K-1, K-2, K-3, K-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa; - passengers with a DV visa issued between 1 October 2019 and 30 September 2020; - members of the U.S. Armed Forces, spouses, and children of members of the U.S. Armed Forces; - passengers with evidence of traveling at the invitation of the USA government for a purpose related to the containment/mitigation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19); - passengers with documents issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or U.S. Department of State indicating that the passenger is exempt from the restriction; - B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities; - students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents. This does not apply to: - nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See) and their family members; - passengers with a long term residence permit or a long term "D" visa issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland; - residents of Australia, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore and Thailand; - passengers entering Croatia to transit by land to a third country for a maximum stay of 12 hours. They must prove that they can enter the destination country; - passengers traveling as tourists with proof of paid accommodation; - passengers traveling on business with an invitation letter from a company in Croatia; - passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty; - passengers traveling as students; - merchant seamen; - military personnel. 2. Passports and national ID cards issued to nationals of Croatia which expired on 11 March 2020 or later are considered valid. 3. Passengers arriving from Brazil, South Africa or Tanzania (Zanzibar only) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. 4. Passengers arriving from a country other than Brazil, South Africa or Tanzania (Zanzibar only): - must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. The rapid antigen test must be listed on tinyurl.com/b57mretv ; or - must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. The last vaccine dose must be received at least 15 days before arrival; or - must have a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 12 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or - must have a positive COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test result issued at least 12 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or - are subject to a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test upon arrival at their own expense and self-isolation for up to 10 days. - This does not apply to: - residents of Australia, Japan, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore and Thailand arriving from their country of residence; - minors younger than 7 years accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
